Refund Policy

We design our outdoor hygiene products with the greatest care to guarantee your satisfaction. However, if our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us.

Do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order if you are not sure whether our products are suitable for you, we will answer all your questions.

DELAYS :

You have 30 days after confirmation of your order to return your product. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your refund request.

HOW TO RETURN A HYGINATURE ORDER?

To return one or more products, please send us an email to contact@hyginature.com indicating the reasons for your return and your order number.

Upon receipt of your request, we will, if possible, send you a pre-filled shipping label to our warehouse in France. An amount of €20 will be deducted from the refund to cover return costs.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

All of our products can be returned provided the request is made within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Only the value of the product will be refunded. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE RETURNED ITEM BE IN?

To benefit from a refund, the product must be intact, in its original packaging, with all accessories and protections included. If the product is damaged, no refund will be given.

ARE THERE RETURN COSTS?

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide a return label and deduct €20 (€25 for returns outside France) from the refund amount to cover delivery costs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Credit will be applied to the payment method used during purchase.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is visible.
  • Contact your bank to check processing time.

WHAT ABOUT DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS?

At Hyginature, we guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incomplete item, contact us within 3 days of receipt at contact@hyginature.com with photos or videos of the problem.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Please respect these deadlines as they are imposed by the carriers for opening a claim.
